Rain, rain, rain = mud and mess!

Please keep off the trails during and after heavy or constant rain! We live in a very unique part of the world, surrounded by tropical rainforest. As much as we all love riding, the damage that can occur to wet and soft trails during rainy weather is quite extreme. This can be very costly to repair; stretching the resources of a small club and our trail builders. There's other things we'd rather be working on...

Be trail wise...

Respect the landscape

  • Respect your local trail builders and help look after our natural environment
  • Keep single track single by staying on the trail
  • Ride in control - avoid skidding

Leave no trace

  • Take your rubbish home with you. if you see litter - remove it and place it in the bins provided
  • Leave no tyre ruts - if you're leaving ruts, it's too wet to ride

Respect trail closures

  • Ride only on open and authorized trails
  • Leave trail building to the experts or join in on club days and dig days
  • Avoid taking short cuts. Trail features are there for a reason

Safety first!

  • Ride in control & ride to your ability
  • Wear your helmet and safety gear
  • Be prepared and self-sufficient (carry water, phone, tools, spares)
  • Let people know before you go
